In the light of my last posts, I have been trying hard to get time to develop some video games and get some experience. Turns out I actually did, for a very good reason! On the last weekend of January I attended the Global Game Jam, at the Stuttgart site, more specifically at the SAE Institute.
Yeah, so it seems. I’ve hit the age of 25. Quarter of a century. The fourth of a hundred. Twenty plus five.
Hiatuses can be sweet, but they can also be.. “sweet”. I’m not really sure what to say about this one in particular. Maybe bittersweet. Maybe amazing. I have no damn clue.
Once again, I delayed like a ton on bring you guys some more content on this amazingly designed blog. I seriously have to compensate for that.
It’s been a while since the last post, and I haven’t been really writing any updates towards Icy Fire or the blog. But fear not - I have been boosting my knowledge.
Over the course of the past week, I have been thinking what to do to actually practice some coding skills outside of work, so it finally came to me: Why not build a game?
